When it comes to wellness, our philosophy is to embrace wholeness. We come to every client and situation with active listening and data gathering. We analyze and identify opportunities to improve wellness in every possible way, and then integrate science-based methods to offer innovative and sustainable solutions through our Conscious Wellness Program. Background

Lifestyle diseases, also called non-communicable diseases (NCDs), are on the rise. Many of them are preventable, manageable, and even reversible with lifestyle changes. For instance, we can improve how we eat, increase our activity level, and better manage stress to improve our overall well being.

The World Health Organization’s (WHO) 2018 report on World’s health statistics, enumerates the increasing causes of ill health and premature deaths. Some of the key risk factors are tobacco use, air pollution, unhealthy eating habits, physical inactivity and harmful use of alcohol.

To combat this, we need to take control of our health. There are many factors affecting us that we have control of in our lives, such as how we think, act, react, and choose to do things. For example, we have a lot of control over what we choose to eat and drink. There are many other factors that we do not have control over, like someone else’s behavior. However, we can be proactive towards our goals and make our lives healthier, happier, and more fruitful. Our philosophy is one that leans toward empowerment. 

There are many definitions of wellness. Usually, it is defined as an active process of becoming aware of and making choices towards a healthy and fulfilling life. It is not just being free of illnesses. We define wellness as a sustained state of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual flourishing that creates positive influences on all aspects of one’s life, including family, career, service, and financial goals, which we elaborate on in our Career Manifestation Program. We support leaders through long-term coaching, through our Lasting Transformation Program.

Alchemus Prime’s wellness offerings focus on empowering individuals, teams and communities in taking charge of their own health. We apply behavior change and mindfulness techniques; focus on self-love, self-worth and self-confidence; and link wellness to leadership, providing a multi-dimensional framework for making optimal lifestyle choices that improve the quality of life at work and home.
