Holistic Change Management

Alchemus Prime’s approach to change management is built upon our Diamond Model. We integrate across our main bodies of knowledge: behavioral sciences, design thinking, biomimicry, and meditation to support clients across a range of sectors. Our change management work is one part of our consulting services, and includes qualitative and mixed-method research.

Change is difficult, but it need not be made worse by our mindsets, fears, and habits. We bring a fresh consciousness to your team and organization through a mindful and empathic approach. We help you become more empowered, authentic, and balanced in your chosen stance: be it feminist, activist, purpose-driven, or entrepreneurial. We do this by reframing change to harness opportunities for learning and growth.

Our change management model includes aspects of managing change that are human, data, and sustainability related, as follows:

  • Integrated – across behavioral sciences (psychology, social psychology, behavioral economics, sociology), design thinking, biomimicry and meditation.
  • Aware – bringing emotional, social and adversity intelligence to every situation as a way to support clients.
  • Analytical – gathering data and analyzing it to understand the appropriate directions with clients.
  • Systemic – aligning the change management approach with the whole organization through its mission and vision, strategic priorities and objectives.
  • Change-centered – viewing change as an opportunity and using behavior change tools to empower those in transition, including people, processes, and systems.
  • Human-centered – employing design thinking tools like empathy, brainstorming (ideation), and prototyping to harness optimal motivation, create belonging, and overcome fear of failure, while also appreciating diversity and being inclusive and equitable.
  • Resilient – using biomimicry approaches to create novel ways of managing relationships and inspiring leadership.
  • Mindful – supporting stress reduction through meditative approaches like mindfulness, guided visualization, Reiki, and grounding exercises.
  • Communicative – providing ways to communicate transitions to foster less fear and more openness, carrying out behavioral and conversational simulations to discover needs, establish boundaries and understand procedures better.

These attributes of our approach are diagrammed below. We continuously build on our approach to serve diverse clients. If you are interested in a holistic approach to change management for your organization, contact us.
